Upon arrival, every client will be welcomed with a wag and will receive a consultation whereby we can discuss your furry friend’s individual needs and requirements. This is also the opportunity for you pet lovers to discuss your grooming preferences, to enable us to get the finish just as you like.

Pre bath groom through removing any tangles and dead fur

Bath with relevant shampoo / conditioner suitable to your furry friends

Blow dry (cabinet dryers are not used at this parlour as guests are never left unattended)
Chic deluxe grooming package is completed to breed standard’s styling or the owner’s personal specification whether it be clipped, scissored or hand-stripped
A choice of fragrance spray will be offered to the parents for a personalised touch

Chic Puppy Package
We offer a chance for your fully vaccinated puppy to come and enjoy up to 3 ten minute free of charge socialising sessions, prior to your first appointment to get to know us with a cuddle and treat in a calm and positive environment for a chance to have a sniff and get used to the smells and sounds of our salon.
First Appointment Inlcudes:
A relaxing massage in our best puppy shampoo
A blow dry
Pawdicure, this includes nails and under pads
Chic puppy package finishes up with a trim up of the face, feet and bottom

Chic Cat Grooming Experience
Here at shear Chic we will groom your cats without restraint in our safe and secure salon, this keeps your cat calm and confident as he/she builds trust in their groomer.
Brush through only service to groom out the dead fur and knots
Gentle cleansing of the eyes and ears
Hygiene areas cleaned and cleared
Nail trim
Teddy bear Trim: The coat will be clipped the same length all over, the length will be your choice
Lion Cut: We create a mane and leave tufts on the feet and tail
Full clip off upon request and subject to the temperament of your feline friend
Medicated Shampoo Services
We can provide your poorly pooch with its regular bathing needs, should it require a veterinary prescribed course of bathing in medicated shampoo. Pop in for a consultation to discuss his / her requirements.
Other Services
